Black Kettlebell training will monitor your progress from start to finish, from your initial fitness tests, nutrition observations through to the workouts, progression overview and training adaptations that will keep you on track to meeting your goals.

I’ve been working out by myself for many years but with limited results, until I met the Personal Trainer Suki who sat me down and explained to me in detail what we do wrong and right during trainings. After that discussion I signed up for 8 weeks sessions and I’m glad and proud to say that the result is immensely huge. Suki is a PT who doesn’t just give you a program for you to work through, he works with you and this is very important for motivation and that’s the reason why I always looked forward to my next session with him and I will be going back for another round of sessions.
